Krall & Co. Inc., which was founded in 2005, provides merger and acquisition advisory services to founders of financial technology companies. Krall helps you evaluate strategic alternatives and acts as your exclusive advisor in implementing any course of action. We stay narrow and go deep. Mike Krall
Mike Krall began his investment banking career in 1973 in New York with Lehman Brothers and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, and asset disposition strategies. For most of his career, Mike has focused on financial services and financial technology companies. He headed the financial institutions practice in the western region from 1990-1999 for Bear Stearns, where he was a Senior Managing Director. From 1985-1989, he played the same role for Dean Witter. He received a B.A. degree from Williams College in 1971 and an M.P.A. degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University in 1973.
